Digit'Eaux handles all requests from end users concerning SAP S/4HANA through a call centre in line with ITIL principles, v2011, with SAP Solution Manager:

  • Incident and problem
  • Service, information, change requests,management of SLAs, alerts issued by app monitoring, transport, upgrades, test plans, incidents and problems,
  • Other projects

Taking care of other projects
