The Digit’Eaux SAP team thus provides a centralised services centre for the FI, CO, IS-U, S4CRM, MM, PM/CS, SD, IM, PS, PPM, CATS, MCF, FIORI, Sap Mobile Platform, SAP_HR, SuccessFactors Learning, Enable Now and Solution Manager modules.

Digit'Eaux handles all requests from end users concerning SAP S/4HANA through a call centre in line with ITIL principles, v2011, with SAP Solution Manager:
- Incident and problem
- Service, information, change requests,management of SLAs, alerts issued by app monitoring, transport, upgrades, test plans, incidents and problems,
- Other projects
